- The above rate is not valid during the City Wide Events in Alexandria (MOC,Cardio Alex, etc.)
- The above rate is a dynamic rates, subject to change at any given time in case of any increase in Governmental taxes or any change in the market demand & conditions.
- SUPPLEMENTS:
Half Board Supplement EGP 2000.00 per person per night on top of the Bed & Breakfast rates.
Children Policy- 1st child up to 11.99 years will be free of charge sharing parent’s room (same meal plan)
- 2nd child up to 05.99 years will be free of charge sharing parent’s room (same meal plan)
- 2nd child from 06 till 11.99 years will is subject to 50% charge of adult rate in double room sharing parent’s room (Same meal plan)

*Cancellation and No Show policy:- In case of cancellation 07 days prior to arrival date during the low season, one night cancellation fees will be applied.
- In case of cancellation 14 days prior to arrival date during medium & high season, one night cancellation fees will be applied.
- In case of "no show or early departure” full stay cancellation fees will be automatically charged to your account.
- All bookings during the New Year period, Easter & EID Holidays are non-refundable.
