Cancellation & No show Policy:
• The hotel will charge one night cancellation fee for any cancellation made 07 days before C/in date during the low
period and 14 days during the high periods.
• In case of no show, the hotel has the right to charge the agency the equivalent to the first two nights in low & normal periods and full stay in peak ( X-Mass, New Year Eve and Easter ) at the quoted package rate.
